Join Our Special 5 Days/4 Nights Yoga-Sailing Cruise In Southeast Asia’s Most Beautiful Surroundings!
This is a very exclusive but affordable way to explore this magnificent area with a flexible itinerary to the best destinations the Samui archipelago has to offer.
With over 20 years experience of sailing around Samui, we have several yachts to take groups of not more than 8 guests per boat to keep this journey as private as possible and sail you to the most secluded places to enjoy relaxed yoga sessions, meditation and Pranayama breathing techniques combined.
Most sessions will be practised on land on secluded beaches or rock formations while accommodation for overnight can be on board or on land in beach bungalows.
The climate here in South Thailand is mostly very mild and favourable for any outdoor activities, shorts and flip flops are what we mostly wear and depending on wind and weather conditions we will visit several islands and adapt the schedule in order to perform all planned activities.
Sailing during the day from place to place will give you the practical experience, using the elements to sail the boat while soaking up the sun and listening to the sound of the wind and waves as you’re cruising along.
Sailing itself is a wonderful way to de-stress as well, almost meditative by itself and a great way to combine with physical activities.
We are happy to let anyone participate in the sailing if desired. To be able to steer a boat is quite a special experience for everyone involved.
At anchor, we have the opportunity to swim, explore the colourful reefs by snorkelling, grab a stand up paddle board to paddle along the coastline, climb viewpoints or hike to the next waterfall! Plenty to do if you like or just relax, soak in the atmosphere and enjoy reading a book at your leisure.
All classes will take place in selected locations by a professional yoga instructor, all levels are welcome, we will adapt to each guests experience and make sure everybody feels comfortable with his performance and level of development.
To round off your fun-filled adventure you can enjoy delicious Thai cuisine with a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables to guarantee a healthy diet throughout the cruise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the group size we offer accommodation on board or ashore in beach bungalows. Single or double cabins are available unless booked out! We will arrange individually according to your preferences.
The minimum of participants will be 4 guests but can be up to 18 on several vessels. The group size per boat has a maximum of 8 guests.
We have various yachts to offer. We will choose one or more yachts depending on the group size.
Lunch, regular or vegetarian with lot’s of fresh fruits, fresh coconuts, water, beverages and all kind of healthy snacks are complimentary! Served either on board or freshly cooked in restaurants right on the beach side.
Breakfast and dinners are taken in beach restaurants ordered by your own choice on your own expense.
Food in Thailand is well known as excellent and very reasonably priced.
A yoga instructor will be with us the entire cruise, providing early morning and afternoon classes for all levels. The locations will change day by day but will be mostly on the beach or specially selected spots in beautiful surroundings.
Instructions in meditation, watsu, jigong or sup yoga can be provided as well.
